| Teaching people how to improve their eyesight without lenses or surgery.
Bates Method practitioners do not diagnose and treat disease, nor prescribe spectacles. The method is educational in nature: no guarantee of any particular degree of improvement can or will be given and all teachers accept pupils on that understanding. A Bates method Teacher must have successfully completed “The Course” offered by College of Vision Education or equivalent training and accreditation. Cover does not extend to include degenerative eye condition treatment work. |
